Return Policy

Customers need to return products in original packaging!

To facilitate the refund, product MUST be returned to the mailing address below within 14 days of receiving the order:

As soon as we receive the product, the refund will be processed. If you purchased the product through our Online Store, it was processed through PayPal. It will take 5-10 business days to see the money back in your account from PayPal.

Once we receive the item, you will be reimbursed; minus the ‘Merchant Fee’ from PayPal (PayPal merchant fees are non-refundable through PayPal Policy) and your Shipping Charge.

Any item that has been removed from its original packaging and/or used in any form is not covered by our 14-day money back guarantee policy.  Please Contact Us for clarification on refund terms.
